"Not really worth it anymore"
I used to order from Casey’s often for pizza and random snacks, but lately it just feels way too expensive for what it is. The total gets high fast, and even when there’s some kind of deal, it doesn’t really seem to make much of a difference. The food is still okay, but not good enough to justify the prices now, with the fees and all that added on. I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel like it used to. I can get more for my money somewhere else, so I’m probably done ordering there.

"Quick and Easy Curbside Pickup"
I used curbside pickup at Casey’s it went smoothly. I checked in through the app, waited maybe 3 minutes, and everything in my order was right. I was half-expecting it to take longer, but no, it was actually really easy. The best part was not having to haul the kids inside for a quick pickup.

"Friendly, but a bit slow"
The staff was friendly enough and greeted me when I came in, which was nice. The service felt a little slow though, and something about it just made the stop feel average overall. Not bad, just nothing that really stood out...

"Decent deals, but a little confusing sometimes"
I use caseys.com quite a bit to check deals before I order pizza or grab gas stuff. Some of the offers are actually good, especially the rewards discounts. But I don’t know why, a few times the promo didn’t show up correctly in my cart, or it turned out it was only for certain stores and I didn’t realize that until checkout. Overall it’s not bad, just kind of hit or miss. I still use it, but I wish the offers were a little clearer

"Rewards Aren’t Worth the Hassle"
The rewards barely add up to anything, so it just feels like a waste of time. On top of that, the whole thing feels handled carelessly, like nobody really thought through whether customers would actually get any real value out of it.

"Just not open when I need them"
A friend actually recommended this place to me, so I wanted to give it a fair shot. But every time I end up needing something later in the day, they’re already closed. It makes it inconvenient and not all that useful for me.

"Pretty decent for a quick bite"
Grabbed a pizza from Caseys and it was alright. The crust was actually good, but the cheese and sauce didnt really have much flavor to them. It worked fine for an easy dinner, just not something Id make a special trip for. Maybe it would be better if I got it super fresh next time.

I ordered pizza through this it was super easy. Like, I didn’t have to dig around forever trying to figure out where to click or how to customize anything, which I really appreciate because sometimes ordering food online turns into way more work than it should be. Everything was straightforward, and I was able to get my pizza order placed without any confusion or hassle

"Convenient one-stop spot"
I like that they have pizza, subs, snacks, and even breakfast items all in one place. It makes ordering easy, especially when everyone wants something different. It’s not necessarily anything fancy, but it’s convenient and gets the job done.

"I stopped in for gas and the…"
I stopped in for gas and the pump kept clicking off every few seconds. I tried adjusting the nozzle a bunch of different ways, and at first I thought maybe it was just me, but no, it kept doing it the whole time. The store itself was fine, nothing really to complain about there, but filling up took way longer than it should have and got frustrating.

"Cold, Soggy Pizza"
I’m annoyed. The pizza showed up cold and soggy, and that’s on the restaurant for sending it out like that. Nobody wants to pay for a pizza that tastes like it’s been sitting around forever.

"Checkout Could Be Faster"
The checkout was a bit slow when I went, so I’m assuming it might be something that happens there from time to time. Everything else was fine, but the wait at the register made the visit feel longer than expected.

I just get the feeling this place is usually a little more expensive than the other gas stations nearby. I tend to notice the prices and my gut reaction is that I can usually find a better deal somewhere close.

"Better Than Expected for a Gas Station Bathroom"
Stopped at Casey’s during a road trip and used the restroom. it was clean, clean. No weird smell, and they had soap and paper towels, which I always appreciate. The floor could’ve used a quick mop, but it wasn’t anything gross or bad. For a gas station bathroom, it was definitely better than I expected. Giving it 4 stars.

"App is kind of pain to use"
I tried using the app to order pizza, but it kept freezing on me. It also takes way too many taps just to place simple order, which gets annoying fast.

"Delivery Was Way Too Late"
I ordered from Casey’s thinking it would be a quick dinner, but the delivery ended up being "super late." The app kept saying it was on the way, yet nothing showed up for the longest time. By the time the food finally arrived, it wasn’t really fresh anymore. I totally get that busy nights happen, but this was just "annoying."

I did end up getting refunded, so that part was fine. But the extra charge in the first place was annoying and made the whole experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Casey’s Was Okay, Just Needed Some Cleaning"
I stopped by my local Casey’s and it was okay overall. Like i said, it wasn’t a bad stop, but the place could’ve used a little more attention. The front area looked decent, but the floor by the drink station was sticky and there was some trash sitting near the door.
The bathroom wasn’t awful or anything, just seemed like it needed to be checked more often. Like i said, not the worst Casey’s I’ve been to, but it definitely didn’t feel super clean either.
